We deal in microfilm reprints of government documents, journal runs, newspaper runs, multi-volume sets, and multi-volume reference works in most subject fields with emphasis on area studies. Our titles are primarily of interest to university faculty members, researchers, and graduate students. Our sales are primarily to major universities inside and outside the United States.
The titles we offer are listed in subject-based leaflets which can be viewed on this web site by clicking on the appropriate link. Paper copies of leaflets will be sent upon request.

Listings in our leaflets/links are by MAIN ENTRY, that is, by TITLE for periodicals and by AUTHOR or CORPORATE AUTHOR for other publications.
General Terms and Conditions
- All prices subject to change without notice.
- All sales are final. Orders are not subject to cancellation. Microfilms are made on order and cannot be purchased on approval nor returned for credit or refund.
- No guarantee against occasional missing or damaged pages or issues is given or implied.
- All titles available on 35mm positive, silver microfilm unless noted otherwise.
- Our minimum sales unit is one reel. A reel may contain more material than cited on your quotation request or purchase order. We do not sell individual volumes or years nor do we sell enlargements of pages within reels.
- We normally ship by UPS in the United States and by International Parcel Post elsewhere. If you wish us to ship by other means (e.g. air) please specify on your purchase order.
- No claims made after 60 days following the invoice date will be considered.
- Our duplicate microfilms are made by a service bureau over whose production schedule we have no control. We are unable to provide microfilms on a rush or expedited basis.
- We prefer all communications to be by mail and therefore do not have phone or fax numbers nor an email address.
Payment Terms
- All checks and money orders must be payable in USA currency.
- Sales to libraries in the USA: 30 days net, however we reserve the option to require full or partial advance payment.
- Sales to libraries outside the USA: generally 45 days net, however, depending upon the size of the order, we may require advance payment of 50%, balance (plus shipping) to be billed following delivery and we reserve the option to require full advance payment.
- Sales to dealers and individuals: full advance payment.
